This service is free, confidential and available 24/7, 365 days a year. Since its foundation, Tel-jeunes has helped 1.8 million young people throughout Quebec. Based on “reality therapy”. Tel-jeunes’ professional counsellors don’t give ready-made answers or provide instant solutions. They work to equip young people with the tools & strategies developed during the intervention over the long term. Services are offered by telephone, chat, email and by text.

We offer professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people in both English and French. Our service is completely confidential — you don’t even have to tell us your name if you don’t want to.

Whether by phone, text, mobile app or through our website, you can connect with us whenever you want, however you want.
